Dorothea Walters MA, BSN, COHN-S
Dorothea Walters has a master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. She is a certified Occupational Nurse Specialist and one of the founders of Occupational Health Solutions, Inc. She has more than twenty years of occupational and employee health experience including extensive knowledge of workers' compensation; laws, claims management and adjudication practices. Prior to the founding of Occupational Health Solutions Dorothea developed and implemented a hospital-based occupational health program and a nurse run clinic for new hire screening and injury management in south central Minnesota and implemented a successful model for employee injury/illness management in a large, unionized manufacturing firm in Spokane. These experiences provide the basis of the current OHS service model.
Randi Moyer is one of the founders of OHS and is a certified occupational health nurse specialist and a certified case manager. She has worked in the field of workers' compensation and occupational health since 1994. Randi has broad knowledge of workers' compensation laws, claims management policies and adjudication practices. Randi's extensive experience in medical case management coupled with her active practice nursing background and workers' compensation experience provides the ideal credentials for mentoring OHS nurses to assist OHS employer partners. Penny has 22 progressive years of accounting experience that has included working as an Assistant Audit Manager and Fraud Specialist for the Washington State Auditor's Office. Her previous experience also includes working for publicly traded corporations handling the financial aspects of acquisitions, SEC reporting and multi-state and federal tax reporting. Ann White, BA
Ann White is a workers' compensation professional, specializing in legal and complex workers' compensation claims; including participation in Board of Industrial Appeals level mediation conferences. She possesses extensive knowledge with claims' preparation and review for varying states, which have led to successful resolutions. Ann has numerous years of experience as a vocational rehabilitation counselor in Washington Workers' Compensation. In this capacity, Ann became very familiar with the political forces influencing a workers' compensation claim and this expertise provides her with a basis for excellent claims management. She is experienced with the technical aspects of vocational rehabilitation, including but not limited to, the ability to gather and synthesize information into meaningful documents, including labor market surveys, job analyses and vocational rehabilitation retraining plans. This experience provides her with the ability to know how these documents impact successful claims resolution. Ann holds the Washington Workers' Compensation Professional certification, and is currently responsible for the implementation and supervision of the Claims Administration Department. Greg Wonnacott, CEAP
In addition to being dually certified, Greg possesses a solid clinical and management background. He has experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings as a counselor and as the clinical director. Greg has owned and operated his own business providing outpatient counseling services. Greg is frequently called upon by employers to provide in-house training and critical incident services. Greg's dual certification allows him to service the needs of employees and employers in the areas of behavioral health and substance abuse issues which include complying with Federal Department of Transportation regulations. John "Chip" Magnuson developed and implemented the OHS mobile testing program in 2006 in response to OHS employer partners' expressed need. Chip has gained the respect of the thousands of employees tested in the OHS van because of his passion for hearing loss prevention and his ability to clearly communicate 'how to' maintain good hearing. |
